For almost a decade Kathryn has worked at the intersection of purpose and profit. As a socially minded business professional she is dedicated to solving global problems through entrepreneurship innovation and technology. Kathryn is the founder and CEO of Unearth the World a social enterprise that plans personalized and meaningful skills-based volunteer opportunities for professionals and students. And currently as Director of Goodness Solutions at Benevity she help brands bring their social mission to life with technology to build a positive workplace culture amplify the impact of corporate giving and power pro-social brand engagement. In addition to founding her own social enterprise and consulting in the CSR space Kathryn enjoys being a mentor keynote speaker and mother of three.
