At the height of outsourcing and offshoring I created an insourcing model to bring jobs back to rural areas in the US. Here I Created a Center of Excellence CoE model in partnership with Southern Illinois University. Saved 2.5M in annual talent operational costs and lowered attrition from 18 to below 5.
