Leslie Rechan

Les Rechan has experience as a board member, CEO, GM, and sales leader scaling enterprise software companies. Currently, he is President and CEO of Solace Corporation, a private global provider of infrastructure software. Previously, Mr. Rechan served as CEO of Halogen Software (acquired by Saba), GM of IBM Business Analytics, COO of Cognos, GM of Global CRM Strategy at Oracle, and GM of Siebel Systems. He currently serves on the board of PROS Holdings, Inc. and previously served on the boards of Halogen Software and Onyx Software. Mr. Rechan holds a B.A. in Organizational Behavior and a B.S. in Engineering from Brown University and a Master’s degree in Management from Northwestern University.
