Before moving into restaurant technology, Nick Popovici worked in asset management, including portfolio management roles at BlackRock and a global macro role at Schroders. He co-founded Vita Mojo with Stefan Catoiu and leads the UK company as CEO. Vita Mojo began as the UK's first cashless, digital-only restaurant and now provides a platform combining digital ordering, POS, kitchen operations, and order management for hospitality operators in several countries.
