Instantly.ai grew out of the lead-generation agencies that Nils Schneider and Raul Kaevand were separately running when they met; frustrated by the per-inbox cost of existing outreach tools, they built their own. Schneider is co-founder and CEO of the bootstrapped company, which sells cold email and sales automation software and is registered in Sheridan, Wyoming. Its earliest users came from the founders' own agency clients.
