Rustin Kretz founded Scorpion in 2001 and was reappointed chief executive in 2022, having also served as the company's chief product officer and chairman of the board. Scorpion provides digital marketing, advertising, and technology services to local businesses in verticals such as legal, healthcare, home services, and franchises. Started in Southern California's Santa Clarita Valley, the company is now headquartered in Utah.
