Sanju is the Founder and CEO of movingDneedle (mDn), one of the fastest growing firms, that produces sales qualified meetings exclusively through personalized email marketing. He pioneered the 'pay-for-performance' model in the lead generation industry – mDn is one of the only few sales qualified lead generation companies that gets paid only after the sales meeting successfully happens. Sanju has grown mDn from a 3-member organization established in September 2013 to a 250+ organisation with offices in the US, UK (Partner), Singapore and India. Today the company has leading brands around the globe particularly in the US and the UK, trusting mDn with its sales process outsourcing. “India has always been known for technical skills but not Sales. The companies in the US/UK outsource tech jobs to India but seldom sales. mDn is on a marathon mission to change this. mDn is pioneering the concept of having the companies in the US/ UK outsource their sales process to India” Sanju is also a Founder Partner of 4 Signed Digital LLP, a multi-disciplinary creative company in online and offline design space offering Brand Design, Web & Mobile, Print & Packaging and Motion Design. Sanju was a Co-Owner and COO at TailCurrent before starting movingDneedle. He exited TailCurrent in 2013 and it was recently sold to Zmot Pro. Prior to embarking on his entrepreneur journey in January 2011, Sanju was the AVP and Global Head for Marketing and Inside Sales at AppLabs, then the largest software testing company in the world that was acquired by CSC. Sanju played a pivotal role in the enhancing the valuation of the company multi-fold working very closely with the CEO of AppLabs. Before his stint at AppLabs, Sanju was the Global Head for Marketing at SunTec which he joined after leaving his position as the Site Manager for Marketing Communications at Dell Hyderabad. Sanju has also been associated with Nipuna and Intelligroup (Now NTT Data).
