Sid Paralkar

BIO

Sid is responsible for delivering MicroStrategy’s enterprise software solutions using Agile methodology. As a certified SAFe® 4.5 Agilist, he applies and promotes Lean-Agile principles, working with 650+ global employees and 70+ Scrum teams to deliver software based on customer needs and industry trends. He works directly with the Executive Leaders to foster and reinforce a Lean-Agile mindset that creates high-performing teams for a rapid, repeatable, predictable and sustainable delivery model. During his career as a Scrum Master, Sid has been actively involved with MicroStrategy’s transformation from Waterfall to Agile SDLC, making significant contributions to the Center of Excellence. He has personally trained over 300 global employees (includes Executive Leaders) on Agile methodology and Scrum fundamentals, created content for internal education courses, established metrics for determining progress and measuring success, introduced and facilitated PI planning events, as well as extended Agile practices to other areas of the company. Sid strives to create a work environment that drives continuous improvement, transparency and engagement among all stakeholders with a focus on delivering superior value to customers.
