Sunny Gupta is the Co-founder and CEO of Apptio, a leading software company specializing in Technology Business Management (TBM). With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, Gupta guided Apptio through a successful Initial Public Offering in 2016 and orchestrated its acquisition by Vista Equity Partners in 2019 for $1.94 billion. Under his leadership, Apptio has expanded its customer base, ventured into international markets, and made strategic acquisitions, all while fostering innovation within the company. Gupta's extensive experience includes senior leadership roles at Opsware, where he was responsible for products until its acquisition by HP, as well as his tenure as the co-founder and CEO of iConclude, a pioneer in IT runbook automation. Gupta holds a B.S. in Computer Science and has been recognized for his achievements as a top CEO and entrepreneur.
