I am an HR professional with 20 plus years experience in HR field. I have worked extensively in HR Policy design, HR automation, Strategic HR business partnering role. I have been practising enterprenuership from last 10 years and have consulted more than 250 startups and MSMEs on various HR functions and running Emgage from last 3 years and My vision is to build smart virtual HR manager to empower HR professionals working in MSMEs.
