Tim Leonard joined ProductPlan, a Santa Barbara-based maker of product roadmapping software, as chief executive officer in 2022; the company itself was founded in 2013 by Jim Semick and Greg Goodman. He previously co-founded talentReef, an early social recruiting platform, serving as its CEO from 2009 to 2014 and later as chief strategy officer, and earlier founded the recruiting and sales consulting firm Clearhire.
