Sprinklr Revenue and IPO: What the Filings Actually Show
Sprinklr reported $857.2M in fiscal 2026 revenue, up 8%. A dated history of its filed numbers, the June 2021 IPO at $16 a share, and the CEO handoff from founder Ragy Thomas to Rory Read.

Sprinklr closed its most recent fiscal year — fiscal 2026, ended January 31, 2026 — with $857.2 million in total revenue, up 8% from the $796.4 million it reported a year earlier. Both numbers come from the company's own earnings releases and SEC filings, so unlike most of the private SaaS companies in our database, there is no estimating involved. Sprinklr has been public since June 2021, when it listed on the NYSE under the ticker CXM at $16.00 a share.
What is Sprinklr's revenue?
Sprinklr's fiscal year ends January 31, which trips up a lot of quick comparisons — "fiscal 2026" is mostly calendar 2025. Here is the revenue record as the company has filed it, starting with the two years disclosed in its IPO prospectus:
| Fiscal year (ended Jan 31) | Total revenue | Growth | Where it's reported |
|---|---|---|---|
| FY2020 | $324.3M | — | IPO prospectus (S-1, June 2021) |
| FY2021 | $386.9M | +19% | IPO prospectus (S-1, June 2021) |
| FY2022 | $492.4M | +27% | Fiscal 2022 results |
| FY2023 | $618.2M | +26% | Fiscal 2023 results |
| FY2024 | $732.4M | +18% | Fiscal 2024 results |
| FY2025 | $796.4M | +9% | Q4 FY2025 release, March 12, 2025; 10-K |
| FY2026 | $857.2M | +8% | Q4 FY2026 release, March 11, 2026 |
All figures are total GAAP revenue from Sprinklr's SEC filings and earnings releases. Fiscal years end January 31 of the named year.
The shape of that table is the Sprinklr story in miniature. The company compounded at 26–27% in the two years around its IPO, then decelerated hard: 18% in fiscal 2024, 9% in fiscal 2025, 8% in fiscal 2026. Most of the revenue is subscription — $717.9 million of the fiscal 2025 total, per the March 2025 release, with professional services making up the rest. The same release put fiscal 2025 operating income at $24.0 million, down from $33.9 million the year before, which is part of why fiscal 2025 ended with a new CEO and a restructuring (more below).
The June 2021 IPO
Sprinklr priced its IPO on June 22, 2021 and began trading on the New York Stock Exchange on June 23 under the ticker CXM — a nod to the "unified customer experience management" category founder Ragy Thomas had spent a decade arguing for. The company sold 16,625,000 shares of Class A common stock at $16.00 each, for gross proceeds of $266.0 million, per its IPO closing announcement. That price was below the $18–$20 range the roadshow had marketed, and it valued the company at roughly $4 billion — still well above the $2.7 billion mark set in September 2020, when Hellman & Friedman put $200 million into the company (TechCrunch also reported a further $150 million in convertible notes from Sixth Street at the time).
The public market has been less generous since. The stock has spent long stretches of 2024 through 2026 trading below its $16 IPO price as growth slowed into the single digits; anyone quoting a "Sprinklr valuation" today should be quoting its live market cap under NYSE: CXM, not a funding-round headline.
Founder and CEO: from Ragy Thomas to Rory Read
Ragy Thomas founded Sprinklr in New York in 2009, after serving as president of Epsilon Interactive and CTO of Bigfoot Interactive. He ran the company for fifteen years, adding former Synopsys CFO Trac Pham as co-CEO in early 2024 as growth cooled.
The co-CEO structure lasted less than a year. On November 5, 2024, Sprinklr announced Rory Read — CEO of Vonage from 2020 to 2024, and before that CEO of AMD — as President and Chief Executive Officer. Thomas moved to an advisor role while staying on as founder and chairman of the board; Pham shifted to an advisory role and left the board. Read moved quickly: in February 2025 the company announced it was cutting roughly 15% of its workforce as part of a broader restructuring.
As of this writing (August 2026), Read is still running the company — Sprinklr's July 2026 announcement of Thomas Addis as Chief Revenue Officer has him reporting to Read, and the company added Microsoft's Jordi Ribas to its board in August 2026.
Where our database and the filings disagree
Our Sprinklr company page currently shows $844.1 million in 2025 revenue. That number matches neither audited year: fiscal 2025 came in at $796.4 million and fiscal 2026 at $857.2 million. It sits between the two, and appears to be an in-year snapshot pulled from Sprinklr's investor-relations material before the fiscal 2026 books closed. For anything that matters, use the filed numbers in the table above.
Three other rows on our company page deserve a flag. The average ACV of $468.9K is simply that $844.1 million divided by the 1.8K customers we list, so it inherits the snapshot revenue figure. The FAQ names Chris Lynch as CEO — that is a mis-slotted row, and the bio attached to it (Epsilon Interactive, Bigfoot Interactive) is actually Ragy Thomas's; the CEO of record is Rory Read. And the $428.5 million total funding sums the seven equity rounds only — it excludes the $150 million in convertible notes reported in September 2020, which would bring the total closer to $578 million. The $2.7 billion valuation on the page is the September 2020 private mark, not the company's current market cap.
That is the virtue of covering a public company: every claim above can be checked. Sprinklr files with the SEC under CIK 1569345, and its quarterly releases live on investors.sprinklr.com — if a Sprinklr revenue figure you read anywhere (including here) doesn't trace back to one of those, treat it as an estimate.
