His international experience and cultural adaptability (bilingual: English and German) allow him to effectively navigate various global business environments. Guido also functions as company spokesperson with published articles and appearances in major media channels (WSJ, Bloomberg, Washington Post, etc.). Prior to joining AFEX, Guido held the position of SVP at Ruesch International (then owned by Welsh, Carson, Anderson and Stowe), responsible for the Americas P&L, trading and various support functions. He introduced a highly efficient and scalable client relationship management model, culminating in a successful sale to Travelex in 2007 (at $440m - a near quadrupling of the company's value in the span of two and a half years).
