How We Do It Everything we do is founded on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). It’s a scientific approach in which interventions based on the principles of learning and motivation are used to significantly improve behaviors, such as compliance, instruction following, reading, language, sibling relationships, age-appropriate play, and social, motor and self-help skills. In addition to working with children, we also teach parents how to use intervention techniques with their children when they’re at home or in the community. Involving parents in this process is vital to the continued success of a child.
