Joint Chief Executive at COSMIC, she plays a key role leading business development and strategic planning of its future. She has a strong focus on growth, increased impact and collaboration, and has successfully secured a growing number of national and regional strategic partnerships and projects to support our strategy in recent years. Ensuring that all of our services are of the highest quality and that social objectives remain high on the agenda for businesses, community organisations and individuals alike, and especially for young people. She is a keen follower of the digital agenda in all its shapes and sizes, and its effect on society, and she has been involved in many projects aiming to improve digital inclusion across the SW and the wider UK. Most recently at Cosmic she has led the successful development and delivery of a digital leadership programme for senior executives and Board members in our leading businesses, charities and organisations. In the past year alone they have trained over 200 digital leaders including Lawyers, Accountants, Police chiefs, College principles, MDs, CEOs, and many many more! Over the last 12 months she has also driven the initiation, development and launch of the new Heart of SW Digital Skills Partnership. This has led to its success as one of the two government-backed partnerships, and has already secured over £500k in additional digital skills projects for the region. She is immensely proud to have recently been elected Chair for the Partnership and to be driving further investment, collaboration and impact in the area. She is a Board member at the South West Business Council, Exeter Chamber of Commerce, and the Exeter & Heart of Devon Skills Partnership, as well as Chairing the Citizens Panels SW for the Bank of England and being on the BoE Panel in Exeter.
