Jay Maller has distinguished himself over the last three decades as a leader in leveraging emerging technologies and developing products and processes that drive positive change in banking, investing, and sales operations. His ability to re-engineer processes that increase efficiency and decrease waste has allowed his previous and currentorganizations to thrive in increasingly competitive markets. Jay has held a number of critical leadership positions with organizations including Morgan Stanley, Odyssey Partners, Security Pacific Bank, and Merrill Lynch. As a strategic leader, he has helped his organizations grow in capability and revenue while supporting initiatives to increase client engagement and satisfaction. This was most recently relevant as the Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, where his initiatives helped their prime brokerage business expand into a $3 billion operation; the directives that he launched to streamline operations via implementing technology solutions with re-engineered processes are still used throughout Morgan Stanley to drive operations and ensure client satisfaction. With his vast background in executive leadership and his experience launching a previous technology firm, Jay founded Eco-Mail because he saw a universal need to increase the efficiency of handling physical mail. Eco-Mail is a secure, scalable, one-of-a-kind Digital Post Office system that eliminates a vast amount of legacy infrastructure, labor, and process associated with moving, managing, and archiving physical mail.
