As an accomplished senior executive with over 20 years’ experience, I have undertaken roles covering business development, leadership and operations management. Through these experiences, I acquired a deep understanding in the science of sales and the knowledge of market expansion in the data, content and software sectors combined with advanced subject matter specialization in compliance, risk and due diligence. The key to setting a right tone and culture in the building of a diversified and talented senior management team includes prioritising and focusing customers and creative shareholders’ values as well as products development. My expertise revolves around designing and implementing innovation yet disruptive strategies to instantly put an organization and its service offerings right on the map so as to ensure it gains competitive advantage and recognition as a prominent industry player, influencer and a thought leader by clients. Some of my key achievements in my career encompass a variety of strategic projects with regional regulators which helped to improve governance and compliance culture and best practices including the GCC Regulators’ Summit and the Pan-Asian Regulatory Summit. As a believer of a high-performance culture, I dedicate my time to removing roadblocks for organisations as required for them to perform efficiently. Currently residing in Singapore, I have lived and worked in the UK, Asia and the Middle East.
