Dowd, the Founder and Managing Director of private consulting firm FHL, was previously Group President and CEO of Mastek Ltd, an international information technology firm headquartered in Mumbai. He’s also served as President of EDS Canada and General Manager of EDS Greater China and Korea, and spent 22 years at Xerox in posts across North America. An articulate strategic thinker who is entrepreneurial in his management approach and disciplined in execution, he has an active and visible leadership style whose sense of teamwork is instinctive and who has built outstanding global leadership teams that cultivate high employee satisfaction as a foundation for driving top company performance.
