MyCareerBase, Australia's First National Qualifications and Training Management Database. MyCareerBase was created to help every business, small or large manage their training and staff licensing requirements simply and easily. Having worked in the training industry for 20 years, I have seen too much time and money wasted, or companies open to liability issues with unlicensed staff, as they simply do not know the status of their staff credentials. This brought the development of MyCareerBase. In September 2018, MyCareerBase Launched its platform that allows users to store and share qualifications for the purpose of instant onboarding, scheduling of training, record management, and compliance.
