What is the key to success? People + passion + knowledge + vision. During these years I have had the opportunity to meet great people which I have learned many things which have contributed to my professional and as a human being. My engineering background and my development in the business area have allowed me to go through projects from systems analysis, web design and software development to the administration and management of budgets, strategic planning, talent management, design and launch marketing campaigns, working with social networks and start new projects and businesses, all this in addition to teaching and consulting. My passions are reflected daily on what I read, what I write as Blogger and in some local and national media, as well as issues in some of my conferences. My passions: my family, my friends, my students, the basket, human complexity, entrepreneurship, startups, innovation, technology and the world that awaits us.
