Petrotechnics is the provider of PROSCIENT, the first Operational Excellence Enterprise Platform Solution for Hazardous Industries. This provides a real time visualization of activity and vulnerability viewed in TIME, SPACE and RISK. It interfaces with your Maintenance Management System to manage the day to day execution of work activities integrated with Operational Activities including shift handovers. Defeats of safety systems and deviations from standards and SOP's are also managed in the system. Proscient also interfaces with other data systems to provide a real time view of impaired barriers, ongoing MOC's and audit findings. Together with the activity data it provides a complete view of ongoing risk and also the ability to predict future risk based on work schedules and ongoing barrier impairments and to priorities work based on the anticipate peak risk levels.
