As an accomplished CEO experienced in B2B high-tech companies, I have a track record in growing revenue globally while developing high performing operational teams that deliver and sustain growth. Focused on driving organizational success through strategic initiatives, I can promote exceptional across-the-board performance by penetrating new regions and capturing new opportunities for growth. A few of my career highlights include: Set-up and led a multi-national business unit, reversed a declining revenue trend, increasing revenue by 250% within 4 months ($4 million in the first 8 months, $14 million by year-end), to reach $30 million the following year. This business unit model I put forward was implemented throughout the company and I was promoted to the head of three business units with full P&L responsibility. Acquired, led and financed a late stage start-up with two Canadian venture capital firms. A first round of $5 million was followed by a second round of $4 million with a non-dilutive value. This start-up was acquired within 5 years. I led and financed an early stage start-up which was acquired within 18 months. I initially obtained a $3 million term sheet from a venture capital firm in Quebec; it grew to an $8 million term sheet by bringing in a US venture capital fund. Finally, I led the turnaround of a nearly bankrupt company and got it acquired for a high revenue multiple within 8 years.
