I initially obtained a $3 million term sheet from a venture capital firm in Quebec; it grew to an $8 million term sheet by bringing in a US venture capital fund. Finally, I led the turnaround of a nearly bankrupt company and got it acquired for a high revenue multiple within 8 years.
