Konnect Insights is a bootstrapped, profitable omnichannel customer experience platform founded in 2016 by Samir Narkar, an electronics and telecom engineer who spent seven years in software before starting the company. The platform serves brands across 30-plus countries, enabling them to manage customer interactions across social media, email, chat, and other non-voice channels, while also providing competitive analytics and AI-powered insights through products including Connect AI Plus and the newer Connect Research Cloud.
As of June 2026, Konnect Insights is run-rating at $8.5 million ARR and targeting $11 million by year-end, up from less than $500K annually when Narkar first appeared on the Latka podcast roughly five years earlier. The company reached $1 million ARR and then took five years to grow to $10 million, posting 60% growth in 2024 and 85% growth in 2025. Narkar told Latka the business is cash-flow positive with gross margins above 20%.
The company has raised only approximately $300K in total debt financing, all from India-based debt funds, and has declined acquisition offers in the range of $40 million to $50 million. With 500-plus paying customers, a 150-person team headquartered in Mumbai, and a partner-led go-to-market model spanning 68 signed partners across emerging markets, Konnect Insights is one of the more capital-efficient enterprise SaaS businesses in the customer experience category.
