Aurélien Castel is the co-founder and Chairman of SymaleaN, a publisher of solutions for managing Quality, Safety and Environment systems in Saas and license mode. He pursued studies in Maintenance and Industrial Automation at ICAM, an engineering school, before starting his career in a metal construction group. Aurélien Castel rose through the ranks to the post of QSE Manager, which he held for 5 years. He noted the difficulty for SMEs to initiate processes and maintain certifications. He then created SymaleaN with a partner, Damien Casteret, himself from the world of industry and passionate about quality. Together, they are developing new software for companies that want to implement certification. The SymaleaN tool contains an electronic management of pre-configured documents (processes, procedures, operating methods) and monitoring (management of non-conformities, audits, monitoring of skills, customer satisfaction .
