CEO at Top Step Consulting LLC. I have a passion for solving problems and building efficiencies through software. Top Step Consulting LLC was created to make professional services automation easy. We can guide you through your OpenAir implementation from start to finish. My goal at Top Step is to make you look like the smartest person in the room. Many years ago, I served as the COO of an Oracle consulting firm. When we outgrew our homegrown systems, we needed a better software solution to run the business. We chose OpenAir, but the implementation did not go well. I realized there had to be a better way. We needed a hands-on partner who could help us customize our experience. Fast forward a few years and I joined Top Step as the Vice President, Client Services. Then in 2018, I took the reins as President & CEO. Since then, we have seen tremendous growth while continuing to provide a world-class experience for our clients. We have moved from solely focusing on OpenAir service implementations to being a NetSuite Solutions Provider, which means we are there to support our clients from the initial engagement through the entire implementation process. Less than 5 companies in the world serve as both a NetSuite Alliance Partner and Solutions Provider.
