Adam Goldberg, M.Ed. is CEO & Founder of Torchlight. Inspired by family caregiving challenges in his own life, he set out on a journey to scale critical guidance for working parents of children with special needs, then expanding the vision to caregivers in the workforce with elder loved ones. Prior to Torchlight, Adam co-founded and directed the Goldberg Center for Educational Planning, successfully guiding thousands of students over the course of a decade. Before launching his education consulting career, Adam achieved an impressive track record in enterprise sales and marketing with EMC, Lucent Technologies, Kenan Systems, and Prodigy Internet. Adam has been featured on NPR’s Here & Now and in the Boston Globe, Wall Street Journal, US News & World Report, New York Times, Mass High Tech, Employee Benefit News, and Boston Business Journal, among many others, in addition to showcases at the DNC, RNC and The White House. He has served on several advisory boards and speaks regularly on corporate caregiving topics.
