Bio

Fryd Wiatrowski is a co-founder of Viktor, an AI coworker platform built natively into Slack and Microsoft Teams. He grew up and is based in Warsaw, Poland, and studied mathematics and computer science at Oxford University. Before founding Viktor, he worked in high-frequency trading and interned at Facebook in 2022, where he worked on distributed logs. He then joined Meta full time, stayed for six months, and left to pursue entrepreneurship. In 2023, Wiatrowski co-founded Zeta Labs, the entity behind Viktor. The company's earliest work focused on browser-based AI agents that compressed HTML DOM snapshots to fit into small context windows, an approach that proved unreliable. In early 2025, the team launched JACE AI, an email agent product priced at $65 per month on the pro plan. The product struggled with margin because the agent loop ran continuously on every incoming email, making the cost structure unworkable. The team maintained the product on usage-based pricing and moved on. Wiatrowski then pivoted to Viktor, the current product, which launched as a Slack-native AI employee. By March 2026, Viktor was at approximately $1 million to $2 million in ARR. By May 2026, the company had broken a $15 million annualized run rate across 2,000 organizations, as reported to Fortune magazine. As of the June 2, 2026 recording, Viktor had roughly 2,900 paid customers, an ARPU of $400 per month, and an annualized run rate of approximately $17 million including top-ups. The company raised a $75 million Series A led by Accel at a $450 million valuation, having previously raised approximately $13 million in seed and pre-seed rounds from investors including Nat Friedman, Daniel Gross, Early Bird Digital East, Kaya VC, and Leones Capital. The team is 15 full-time employees based in Warsaw, and the company was spending approximately $30,000 per day on paid ads at the time of the interview.
