Nicole Beck Chief Executive Officer Nicole Beck has a PhD in aquatic chemistry and a career mission to bring science to decision makers. Working as a consultant, she saw the opportunity to build science-based field protocols and analyses into software tools that could be used directly by city staff to extend their in-house technical capacity and eliminate programmatic inefficiencies. Over the years, she and her team have constructed an applied science experimental design vision that integrates scientific principles with practical data collection method and accessible reporting formats. The standardization and automation of the advanced analytics within 2NDNATURE Software ensures users results are precise and comparisons meaningful. Her lifetime commitment to team has landed her in the USA Ultimate Hall of Fame and a never-ending love of challenging journeys. Now she competes with her friends on mountain bikes, her two girls sprinting and anyone who wants to lose at cornhole or ping pong.
