Marketing Agency
Netcore Cloud is a Mumbai-based marketing technology company offering a full-stack customer engagement platform that spans email, SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, and product discovery. Founded by Rajesh Jain, who previously built and sold India World for $115 million in 1999, Netcore has grown entirely without outside capital, accumulating roughly $100 million in cash from profits by 2020. The company serves mid-to-large B2C businesses across India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and, increasingly, the United States. Its platform combines communication channels with marketing automation, personalization, and, through the 2024 acquisition of Unboxed, search and product discovery capabilities. Netcore sends approximately 35 billion emails per month and reported revenue of $110 million in 2024, according to the host's closing remarks. Netcore's growth strategy centers on bootstrapped profitability, selective acquisitions funded from its own balance sheet, and a push into emerging email technologies such as AMP for Email, which Rajesh Jain argues can increase in-email actions by five to ten times versus standard email. The company spent $100 million in cash to acquire Unboxed, adding more than 200 US customers and a complementary product line in a single transaction.
