Proposify is a proposal software company founded in 2014 and headquartered in Canada. The company offers online proposal creation, interactive quoting, and e-signature tools, initially targeting digital marketing agencies before expanding into the mid-market. As of 2024, Proposify generates approximately $8 million in annual recurring revenue. CEO Kyle Racki built the business through a combination of self-serve product-led growth and, later, a direct sales motion aimed at larger accounts. After raising outside capital in 2018 and again in 2021, the company over-hired, reaching roughly 100 employees against a $5 million to $6 million revenue base and burning as much as $400,000 per month.
