Gary Luke became Managing Director of Ardentia Ltd (a Health Business Intelligence company) in 2002 and, with the support of his fellow directors and management team, developed the business significantly. The business grew approximately tenfold in staffing, a turnover over a 10 year period, culminating in the successful sale of the business to a large US corporate. Gary is currently the Managing Director of Connexica Limited, a search technology-based software business specializing in Business Intelligence and Data Integration & Discovery. Connexica has several vertical solutions delivered through its core technology such as Fraud Detection, NHS and Local Government Performance Management, Financial Sector Reporting, and Compliance. He plans to grow the business significantly, with the help of a very strong management team, over the next 5 years. He has a Computer Science degree and a wealth of industry experience and expertise in Health, Business Intelligence, and large–scale systems development, implementation, and support.
