We intend to unleash innovation at scale by showing organizations how to unleash, across the enterprise, the problem-solving power of a globally diverse workforce through inclusion. That's why we call ourselves g-dii: our vision lives in our brand.

MISSION

People achieve amazing things when they feel valued for what they bring, accepted for who they are, and effective as a collective. Our mission is to spur achievement in collectives-in multi-team, multi-function groups that share a goal-by mitigating the Ringelmann Effect: the "social loafing" that overtakes groups as they grow beyond ten people, diminishing their collective power to achieve their objective.
