He has long been an admirer of middleware technology and is driven to provide newer, simpler ways to build and integrate applicationsand systems in a hyper-connected world. Previously Michael served as interim CEO at Document Capture Technologies (DCT) and remains on their Board of Directors. Under Campbell’s leadership, DCT accelerated their transition from a manufacturer of personal scanners to becoming a provider of cloud-based content management services. From 2007-2009, he was President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of SensorLogic, a venture-backed platform company focused on enabling more efficient development and management of M2M applications. SensorLogic was acquired in 2011 by Gemalto NV (FR:GTO).
