Founder / CEO
Gavriel Merkado
Founder and CEO of REalyse, the UK's most advanced real estate data analytics system. Starting his career in equity research in an equities brokerage (called the top of the 2007 oil boom) he transitioned into working as a quantitative analyst and trader (Sharpe - 18.23, Sortino - 21.77). Re-starting his career in Real Estate he worked with Quintain and Essential Living and was a partner at H4A. At all three he developed technical data solutions and handled financial modelling, appraisals research and elements of debt origination and terms. In 2014 he began work on what became REalyse, looking to bring quantitative insights to a qualitative industry by combining technology, real estate, finance and data analysis.
