business professional with over 25 years of both Sales and Operations experience. I have worked extensively in both Hospitality and Healthcare for startups and publicly traded companies always with a focus on technology solutions. As a business analyst, I participated in developing the premier spa system to anchor any resort spa, casino spa, hotel spa, and day spa. As a sales executive I negotiated corporate contracts with the majority of Hotel chains, Casino brands, and many spa entities. In addition I established strategic relationships and integrations with other hospitality technology vendors. In my role of VP of Operations I oversaw all aspects of the business in order to obtain great efficiencies and effectiveness. I lowered operational costs as well as increased revenues. Currently as CEO for SkyWire, I am able to draw upon all my skills and experience in order to provide leadership and direction to a team of highly qualified professionals that moves, develops, implements, and trains our suite of hospitality products that will enhance the guest experience and provide the metrics and analytics for businesses to know and become intimate with their data in order to meet their goals and objectives.
