tuOtempO develops innovative solutions for appointment management, aimed at appointment-based service providers, such as dental and medical practices, multi-specialty clinics and hospitals, spas and salons.
It operates a Web-based multilingual application which covers every aspect of appointment management and includes: an online self-service appointment scheduling system (patient-view) and an administration scheduler (hospital-view) with a multichannel, 2way communication system.
Automatic or express messages (via three channels: email, sms and voice message) can be send to patients in order to remind, cancel, reschedule appointments, to notify delays, for follow-ups and so on. The system is also able to process patients' replies and display them into the admin's schedule.
A highly advanced synchronization utility is also available for those implementations of tuOtempO which requires bridging with third party scheduling softwares and Hospital information Systems.
