Utilibill is a market leading subscription billing and payment platform that supplies an end to end solution for utilities companies including Electricity, Water, and Telco services. With our cloud based utility billing system we provide provisioning, rating and payments with CRM and major accounting software integration in an innovative way.

The CRM module tracks all customer communications from one location for instant access to statements, details and service information. This is complemented by an extremely flexible rating and pricing engine, which takes feeds from some of the world's prominent carriers. Utilibill's billing engine is fully configurable through our easy to use rate plan tool, making it simple for users to add in or modify rate plans to their exact requirements.

We integrate with third parties in order to automate as many system interactions as practical and we strive to minimise manual tasks by embracing web services, XML, SOAP along with other tools and techniques.
