Mr. McCloskey has been involved with the technology industry for over 20 years as an entrepreneur and lawyer. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of ecoInsight where he leads the company's strategic direction and day-to-day operations. Prior to his current position, Mr. McCloskey was Chief Executive Officer of Visiprise, Inc., an enterprise software company serving many of the world’s Fortune class manufacturers. As CEO of Visiprise, Mr. McCloskey successfully acquired and integrated two software companies, grew Visiprise's revenue more than 600% over five years and developed a strategic partnership with SAP that culminated in a very profitable sale of the company for management and investors. Following the sale of Visiprise, Mr. McCloskey served as a Senior Vice President in SAP’s acquisitions integration group. Prior to his technology career, Mr. McCloskey was a corporate lawyer for Weil, Gotshal & Manges, a New York-based international law firm, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions and private equity financings in the technology industry. A magna cum laude graduate of Boston College, Mr. McCloskey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Mr. McCloskey has previously served as a member of the Georgia Tech Dupree College of Management Advisory Board and as a member of the board of directors of several emerging Atlanta-based software companies.
