Entrepreneurial leader with strong experience in global automotive. Throughout his life he have learned two very important lessons. One being that quantity never trumps quality, and two being that quality wine is worth the time and effort put into its production and supply chain. When he co-founded flexis, his driver was to bring speed and efficiency to the world of mass production of complex products. He set out to prove that there was another way in how software could deal with the dilemma of complex products, optimal time to market and the right quality to produce them. Since they started flexis, he have been able to lead its transformation from a small two person company located in Germany, into a global firm that employs over 100 people worldwide. He have also enjoyed the challenges of creating solutions for common problems across multiple industries, while tailoring them to the specific company culture and needs of the client.
