Founder / CEO
Jean Hamon
CEO
Jean Hamon grew up in and has spent most of his life in France, though throughout his life he studied and worked a few years in other European countries as well as the US and Singapore. Jean’s studies focused on engineering, and he later worked for 8 years in IT at a time when cloud technologies were transforming the industry. In particular, Jean saw how the revenue model of SaaS vendors allowed them to capture more value and to keep innovating. That’s what pushed him to want to start his own B2B SaaS business. Before jumping in the deep pool of entrepreneurship, Jean completed a 1-year MBA at INSEAD Business School, where he enjoyed learning with and from people with very diverse backgrounds. There he decided to build a white-label SaaS solution to enable institutions to offer their alumni a platform to connect and to network and share business opportunities in a trusted environment. Hivebrite was launched commercially in 2015 and the platform quickly found use in many more industries and market segments. Today, Hivebrite serves hundreds of customers in over 40 countries.

Practice by Numbers
Practice by Numbers is a bootstrapped, all-in-one SaaS platform built for dental offices, offering analytics, patient communications, online booking, intake forms, VoIP, payments, and website services from a single system. Co-founded in 2015 by Rohit Garg and his wife Dr. Aditi Garg, a practicing dentist, the company was built after Rohit spent years running SQL queries and spreadsheets to help his wife understand the performance of her practice, which she opened in 2010. The company relaunched in 2021 following COVID disruption, carrying roughly $2 million in annual recurring revenue at that point. It has since grown to a projected $16.5 million ARR by end of 2026, entirely through word-of-mouth and inbound demand, with no outside capital raised. The business serves approximately 1,300 customer accounts representing 2,000 dental office locations and 5,000 to 6,000 providers. Practice by Numbers is profitable on a bootstrapped basis, reporting approximately 22 to 24 percent EBITDA in 2025 on $12.5 million in revenue and $1.5 million in free cash flow. The company is targeting 30 percent or more EBITDA in 2026 alongside 35 percent revenue growth, giving it a self-described Rule of 70 to 80 score. A payments product launched in 2025 is processing roughly $190 million in GMV against an estimated $2 billion opportunity within the existing customer base.
