MobileDigital are reinventing mobile engagement. We enable our clients to create personal mobile messages beyond plain text but to send richer text. Personalised visual stories that integrate with native mobile features and extend the functionality of the phone to allow for higher engagement programs to be delivered to the text inbox like marketing, announcement, loyalty, competition and text based commerce. This matters in a world where email and social are challenged
Brands are going to be challenged as they shift from their "one night stand" "rinse and repeat" one sale at a time sales philosophy to developing a lifetime mutual value relationship with their clients.
The commercial logic of relationship marketing is pure and simple, existing happy clients buy more, remain a client longer and are at least 8 times easier to sell to than a new client. Keeping a happy client costs way less than spending to get a new one, and an emotionally connected client will reach out to your brand first and always try and give you the order.
Relationships can be tough, doesn't matter if you are building them, keeping them or dealing with changes. The key is to always be listening and being ready to respond.
At the heart of every good relationship is mutual respect, enduring trust and those moments of emotional connection and value that keep the relationship alive.
We know that 90% of consumers prefer text as the best form of communication between themselves and an organisation. We also recognise that 10% don't.
However that PIZZA place that SPAMS you every Friday, that brand you have never heard of offering to discount your next purchase, or that brand you maybe used once sending you and SMS and asking you to click on a 20 character link to find out more - these are bad texts, all of them screaming out for you to buy my product, none of them respecting you or building your trust.
We think about this stuff.
