PrivateDeal is a Swiss company, privately held, partner of Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne.

PrivateDeal developed the first automated smart negotiation designed to increase direct bookings and better pilot the price of hotel rooms.

This White Brand system displays as a simple widget on hotels' website which invites guests to offer a price for a given stay. In response to the offer, the smart negotiation solution will either accept or decline before suggesting a new acceptable price based on an AI-powered algorithm. Through up to three trials, guests can get the best price while experiencing a new and entertaining way to book a stay.

On the hotels' side, the system of Private Deals allows to escape rate parity, reduce OTAs commissions and generate a large amount of hotel-owned guest data. Furthermore, PrivateDeal provides hotels with advanced statistics, based on guests accepted and declined offers, to determine optimal pricing based on the market demand.
