I have a very much hands on approach to individual tasks and business in general, whilst i try to foster individualism and creativity within my teams. Although my career has spanned a number of fields from energy, transport and publishing, my biggest joy has been working in start ups, the quick pace, dynamic environment when everything happens at break neck speed has meant that there are no dull and tedious days.
