Founder / CEO

Chris Proctor

CEO

My role within Oneserve has two primary components, working across our board to set organisational strategy and then taking overall responsibility to ensure that we succeed in all our goals. There are two real stand out factors that make me proud of Oneserve, firstly the team; exceptionally talented and passionate people who truly believe in what we’re doing. Secondly, it has to be what we’re doing. So many service visits start with a negative, something breaking or in need of repairing. What we allow our clients to do is to turn that paradigm on its head and turn a negative start into a positive experience. We’ve all been on the end of both positive and negative service experiences, the knowledge that we’re powering hundreds of thousands of positive experiences is definitely something to be proud of, for all of us.
