Prior to Spring Mobile Solutions, he served as Senior Vice President of Professional and Technical Services at Global 360, with leadership responsibility for Global 360’s Professional Services, Education, and Systems Engineeringoperations worldwide. Previously, Mr. Keane was CEO of Slipstream-BPM, a consulting firm focused on the implementation of BPM projects with emphasis on process design and analysis. Mr. Keane also served as Senior Vice President of Global Services for webMethods, where he led the global professional services, training and customer support groups, playing a key role in tightening operational controls and significantly increasing profitability. Earlier in his career, Mr. Keane was a partner at KPMG Consulting, focusing on telecommunications and utility companies. Mr. Keane holds a Bachelor of Business Studies degree from Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland, and is a Chartered Accountant in England and Wales.
