Jeremy has been an educator in rural, urban, district and charter schools. He was also a Coro Leadership Fellow and an All-Conference pitcher at Washington University in St. Louis. The highlight of his teaching career came in planning and leading a trip that brought 28 10th-graders from Clarendon, Arkansas to New York City for an academic andcultural immersion. Jeremy and his students raised $43,000 from over 200 individual donors and charitable foundations to reach their goal. After continuing his teaching career at KIPP DC: College Preparatory, Jeremy co-founded KickUp. He’s helped secure partnerships, attract investment, and generate interest in KickUp’s vision among K-12 teaching populations.
