Brent (Spice) Spicer is co-founder and Executive Director of Marsello, a small retailers virtual marketing assistant. Maresllo takes customer data, understands what marketing works, and builds marketing campaigns on behalf of the retailers. Spice founded his first business not long after leaving University in New Zealand having completed a business degree in marketing and a postgraduate diploma in finance. He sold this business in his mid-twenties before travelling to the UK where he held global roles for Hilton Hotels International, Avaya and eBookers then moving on to advise severalstartups with their early go-to-market strategies. He returned to New Zealand in 2007 to raise his young family and ran a $220m division of Vodafone, before leaving to found what is now, Marsello.
