Juliene has been advising and practicing for 28 years on new organizational and learning practices resulting from new technologies. Juiliene brought consulting dimensions in change management, pedagogy, impact, and practices of these new technologies to more than 200 clients in all sectors. Juliene was able to be a pioneer in several major technological breakthroughs. Doctor in computer science, in 1995 he founded Atcom multimedia, one of the very first French "web agency". In 2001 within Unilog Start-up Valley, he co-founded the start-up H2H, creator of collaborative solutions for companies. Since 2006, he has been leading teams for the design, production, and deployment of data management systems within a company (ECM), tailor-made training and communication with the construction of e-learning, blended-learning, and Serious offers. Games, an advanced multi-modality course (face-to-face, web, mobile, VR, AR, XR), respectively within the companies Unilog, Logica, CGI, Manzalab.
