Justin started his sales career while attending BYU and running track and field, at Pinnacle security (acquired by Protection One) where he led a small sales force over a 4 year period that produced more than $5,000,000 in top line revenue. Summer sales required results during summer months so this achievement was produced while working an averageof 3.5 months a year. In 2009 Justin was recognized for being 1 of 10 individuals who personally sold over 300 accounts in a summer. Founded TopBlip Inc in 2010. TopBlip was the leading IOS app for socially sharing music through lyrics and the number one contest platform for musicians to become opening acts for big concerts. Reaching over 2,000,000 visitors a month. Justin raised over $1,800,000 for TopBlip. Gigg.com acquired TopBlip in September of 2012. E-Nicotine Technology brought on Justin as it's Vice President of Marketing and Business Development where he helped lead and close an oversubscribed series A round of $4,000,000. In January of 2013 he founded Kameleonz beachwear and helped lead sales to reach a 260% + year-over-year growth rate. He sits on the advisory board for Social Nation a Y-Combinator company. He is a serial entrepreneur and has a passion for innovation and growth. Justin also speaks fluent Italian and partial Spanish. He is an avid rock climber and family man.
