GovDelivery was sold to Vista Equity Partners for over 150M and merged with Granicus in 2016. The sale and merger of GovDelivery completed my run as both a startup entrepreneur and a leader of a high growth company as it scaled completed multiple acquisitions and went through two successful exits.
